Remember, whenever you see Available on the calendar, it usualy means that you can reserve those dates for your course. (a bit like booking into a hotel).

Note: There are some free Microsoft resources here, but MS Applications software is commercial and only trial versions may be downloaded for free.

OpenOffice.org 3 is the leading open-source office software suite for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, graphics, databases and more. It is available in many languages and works on all common computers. Download this if you do not have a program to unzip the .ZIP files elsewhere on thsi site. To save space and reduce download times all exercise and test files are compressed using this process.

Together, Picasa & Picasa Web Albums make it easy to organize, edit and share your photos.
When you launch Picasa, you can immediately organize and edit the photos on your hard drive. Picasa can also help import pictures from your camera.
Next, try sharing pictures online with Picasa Web Albums. To get started, simply select photos that you'd like to share, and press the 'Upload' button.

Creatively manipulate, edit and retouch images using the open source image editor, Gimp. It is a freely distributed piece of software for such tasks as photo retouching, image composition and image authoring.
It is commonly used to create graphics and logos, resize and crop photos, alter colours, stitch multiple images together, remove unwanted image elements, and to convert between different image formats. GIMP can also be used to create basic animated images in GIF format. Gimp is often used as a replacement for Adobe Photoshop.
